I had a female having issues having her last 2 puppies. They had to take them C-section. They were amazing they took such great care of my new mommy and her babies . i refuse to take my pets any where else . Thank you Payson Family Pet Hospital your staff rock.

I loved how quickly Payson Family Pet Hospital was able to get me in. I was worried they’d be booked out or I would have to pay emergency visit costs. The other vet I have been going to never gets me in quickly. All the staff was wonderful! I felt very comfortable. The doctor was amazing too. Definitely try them out if you haven’t already.

They took very good care of my rat and listened very well. The nurse seemed to really like my rat and was very gentle and patient with him which made both of us very happy. The vet explained very clearly on how to give him his medication. The price seemed a little high but wouldn’t mind going back if I ever need to go to the vet again for any of my pets.

Our 10 week old puppy at 3.5 pounds had parvo when we bought her. We were unaware, and within 48 hours had her admitted to this hospital (per a family referral). They were realistic with us in her slim to none chances of survival, but they saved both her and her sister puppy, who was admitted the same day. I’m so grateful for their attentive care towards our new little puppy!

Payson Family Pet Hospital is amazing. They’re so great to answer questions and give advice over the phone. They offer same day appointments for a little extra cost (totally worth it) if your pet needs seen soon vs later. I recently brought my dog in for a foxtail and they were able to find and remove it and answer my dozens of questions about after care. We won’t go anywhere else.

It was a little expensive but it might be due to the fact I don’t have insurance for my cat. They made me feel calm and they called me every time they had an update on results or on my cat’s behavior. I never felt left out of the loop and the contacted me if I wanted certain things done for him. I knew he was in good hands! 9/10 I love my baby and they made him feel so much better.

If I could rate them 1000 stars I would. My husband and I moved our medically complex dog here from a different vet we weren’t happy with, and we honestly didn’t think it was possible to love a vets office as much as we did. The facility is beautiful and everyone who works there is super kind. We saw Dr. Morehead and she was such a smart, empathetic angel. I have not stopped talking about her since our appointment. I have never felt more heard and taken care of by a vet and I know she will give our dog the best care possible. I’d recommend everyone comes here, even if it’s a further drive because it is 100% worth it.

Dr. Fillerup and the entire staff took such amazing care of our dog, Teddy. Teddy had a very severe case of pneumonia and was hospitalized for five days. Dr. Fillerup went above and beyond for him, even coming in after hours late at night to care for him, and he called me every day to keep me updated on how Teddy was doing. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me.
